Dr. Marghella first experienced chiropractic as a teenager when he had back and knee injuries playing high school football. He had a great experience and was able to heal from his injuries and improve his overall health. He was impressed with how quickly chiropractic adjustments worked on his injuries and that he was able to heal without taking any medication. He knew when he was in high school this was the profession he wanted to make his career so he could help others restore their health and proudly serve his community in the healthcare profession.

When Dr. Marghella opened Ideal Health and Wellness Center, he wanted a place where people could go to reach their true health potential.

Originally from Massapequa, New York, Dr. Marghella has made Middle Tennessee his home. He lives in Nolensville with his wife Jaima, whom he has been married to for 12 years, and their two daughters, Gianna and Everlee. When he's not in the office, you can find him working out, playing golf, competing in fantasy football and baseball leagues, swimming, boating, playing Mario Kart with his girls, or simply enjoying time with his family.
