Custom Orthotics
Personalized orthotic inserts designed specifically for your feet to correct imbalances, improve posture, reduce pain, and support optimal alignment from the ground up.
What Are Custom Orthotics?
If you are considering individually designed Functional Orthotics, Dr. Frank Marghella at Ideal Health and Wellness Center can perform a foot scan to show you how imbalances in the feet can lead to problems in the knees, hips, back, and shoulders. Unlike generic over-the-counter insoles, our custom orthotics from Foot Levelers are precisely crafted to address your unique needs, providing targeted support that corrects imbalances and improves your overall alignment. They work in conjunction with chiropractic adjustments to ensure your entire skeletal system stays properly aligned, and can help address issues from plantar fasciitis to back pain.

Precision-Crafted For You
We use advanced digital scanning technology to capture the exact contours of your feet, along with a comprehensive gait analysis to understand how you walk and move. This data is used to create orthotics that are precisely tailored to your unique biomechanics.
Your custom orthotics are designed to work with your body, providing support exactly where you need it while accommodating your specific foot shape, arch type, and any existing conditions. The result is improved comfort, better alignment, and lasting relief.
Your Computerized Foot Assessment
Dr. Marghella can perform a foot scan to show you how imbalances in the feet can lead to problems in the knees, hips, back, and shoulders. Following a foot scan, a report will provide you a Pronation/Stability Index, a Foot Assessment, and a Body Assessment.
Pronation/Stability Index
The index reveals the severity of pronation and stability in your feet, ranging from Optimal to Severe. Untreated imbalances of any level may lead to chronic problems throughout your body.
Your Feet
The scan shows where your feet are applying pressure. Loss of arch height can cause flattening and rolling of the feet. The scan also shows the percentage of imbalance for each foot, with the higher number indicating greater instability on that side of the body.
Your Body
The body assessment shows how imbalances in the feet can lead to knee rotation, pelvic tilt, and shoulder drop. These instabilities can lead to conditions such as plantar fasciitis, knee pain, hip pain, back pain, and neck pain. Wearing Functional Orthotics may help alleviate these imbalances.
A properly aligned body will have symmetrical feet, level knees, pelvis, and shoulders. Functional Orthotics are designed to support all three arches of your foot, helping restore proper alignment from the ground up.
Custom Orthotic Sandals & Flip-Flops
Traditional flip-flops and sandals provide little to no arch support. If you have plantar fasciitis, posture issues, or knee, hip, back, or shoulder problems, wearing typical sandals is almost as bad as going barefoot.
Foot Levelers offers custom orthotic sandals and flip-flops that are supportive, yet also stylish, cool, and comfortable. Just like their other orthotics, these sandals and flip-flops are custom-made to fit every curve of your unique feet, making them ideal for plantar fasciitis, flat feet, and other podiatric issues.
All-Season Support
Experience both comfort and support all summer long with custom orthotic flip-flops you won't want to take off.
3 Arch Advantage
All Foot Levelers hand-made flip-flops come with the patented 3 Arch Advantage which supports all 3 arches of your foot.
